From our investments in Southern Africa, the Abdurahman family has been serving the emerging needs of local African communities. By providing modern housing infrastructure in safe, secure and sustainable environments with superior access to facilities, transportation, education and green areas, we improve the quality of life for our children and progress their future. We are also encouraged by the Zimbabwean Government’s National Housing Delivery Programme initiative promoting public-private partnerships between local and international investors to deliver high quality housing and community facilities to all Zimbabweans.

For the RivieraZim Estate project, the family has partnered with local construction company and developer, Picco Construction. The project will be developed in 2 stages – an initial 47 home residential precinct followed by a commercial development including state-of-the-art medical centre and medical services facilities.

We are confident that this investment will be the first of many in the renewed Zimbabwe.
